I originally studied BA Fine Art and during this time started volunteering at local therapeutic art groups. Since then I have developed extensive experience across a range of settings such as community mental health, homelessness, in-patient psychiatric hospitals and schools, and qualified with a Distinction in MA Art Psychotherapy at Goldsmiths.

My approach is psychodynamic at its core as well as incorporating elements of other practices. I have had further training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Embodied Psychotherapy and trauma-informed practice amongst others.

Alongside my private practice I work as an art psychotherapist in youth homelessness and in schools. I work with Looked After children through an adoption agency. I also am an Art Facilitator for adults with learning disabilities.

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and The British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT).
