I originally studied BA Fine Art and during this time started volunteering at local therapeutic art groups. Since then I have developed extensive experience across a range of settings such as community mental health, homelessness, in-patient psychiatric hospitals and schools, and qualified with a Distinction in MA Art Psychotherapy at Goldsmiths.

My approach is psychodynamic at its core as well as incorporating elements of other practices. My ethos is intersectional, feminist and eco.

I have had further training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Embodied Psychotherapy amongst others.

Alongside my private practice I work for non-profit organisations with children and adults. I have a special interest in working with refugees and asylum seekers, and women and girls affected by abuse.

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and The British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT).
